REFUND POLICY

Payment Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms:

The users shall understand that for any online transaction with Nlink Tech, you shall have a valid credit / debit card. However, the Nlink Tech shall have the exclusive right to accept or reject any payments made through credit cards.

The services offered by Nlink Tech shall start from the day the user signs the agreement copy, and the payment is realized.

If the users are not satisfied with the services offered by us, and we haven’t resolved even one issue affecting your PC, the users shall have a full refund for that month without any question.

In the case users request for a refund, but we have at least resolved one issue; the users shall not be eligible for full refund and 25 percent of the charge amount shall be deducted for each such service from the refundable amount.

The user shall understand that our charges include all taxes and duties imposed by the taxing authorities of USA. The users shall be responsible for any taxes occurring in their respective countries.

The users shall take note that Nlink Tech doesn’t store any credit card information of any user and doesn’t bill the users without their explicit consent.

The users shall have all the flexibility for moving from a monthly / yearly plan to an incident based plan at the prevailing terms and conditions. The users can get information regarding plan shifting from the account manager at any time.

Note: Upon approval of a refund, the customer account will be credited within a maximum of 10 business days.
