Like all wonderful things, Nlink came up in 2008 almost by accident. We were working with one of our client for his web designing service and we couldn’t show him his demo website because his router won’t work. Eager to get the work delivered and get paid for our awesome design, our technical guy asked him if he will like us to assist him in fixing his router issue.
What followed was a 2 hour long phone session where we worked with him fixing his router first, then taking over the remote access to his PC and optimizing his Internet and browser settings so that our demo website launched perfectly on his system. By the time we were done, he was so awe struck he asked us if he could get regular PC support along with our website support.
It was an “aha” moment for us and our destiny took a new turn.
What resulted a couple of months later was that we were having more number of tech support clients then our website support clients and our tech support division was growing like anything. We had to expand to new office, get new infrastructure, hire lot of new people and the ball got rolling. We incorporated in US in 2013 providing local support and life came to full circle. The US office has more queries for web designs, mobile apps, digital marketing and we are growing on our roots.
