SwiftKey on Android and iOS will now have Bing AI features integrated, which will enhance functionality like chat, tone, and search, according to Microsoft. The tech giant started looking into adverts in Bing Chat not long after releasing its AI-powered Security Copilot, a new helper for security pros.
According to a TechCrunch article, users will be able to speak with the bot right from their mobile keyboard and conduct searches without having to navigate between apps thanks to the Bing AI interface with SwiftKey.
Customers will see a Bing icon above the keyboard if the feature is accessible.
Users can access the new Bing through the chat function to make more specific searches. By employing AI to personalize the text, the tone function will let users communicate more effectively. Sending formal emails and having business conversations could be good.
Users can utilize the search feature to conduct web searches right from the keyboard. In every market where the new Bing is offered, these functionalities are available. Some of them, though, would demand that users log into their Microsoft accounts.
The tech giant is also expanding Skype group chat access to Bing.
“To get going, look up ‘Bing in Skype’ in your Skype contacts and add it to a group conversation the same way you would any other contact. The new Bing chat responses in the Skype app that include facts are cited with online links to sources, just like on desktop, so you can confirm where the information is coming from, according to a blog post by Microsoft.
Additionally, Microsoft Start, the company’s customized news reading feature, offers access to Bing.
